What therapeutic approaches do you use?
+
I specialise in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions.
Do you offer online therapy sessions?
+
Yes, I provide both in-person and secure online therapy sessions to accommodate your preferences and circumstances.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
+
If you're experiencing persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, anger, or if life feels overwhelming, therapy can help.
What can I expect from our first session?
+
Your first session is a comprehensive assessment where we'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy.
How long does therapy typically take?
+
The duration of therapy varies depending on your individual goals and circumstances. Some clients benefit from short-term focused work (8–12 sessions).
Do I need a referral?
+
No. You can book directly through this website, by phone, or by email. If your GP has suggested therapy, that's great context, but it's not required.
How long is each session?
+
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. The free discovery call is 15 minutes.
How much does it cost?
+
Virtual (video) sessions are £50 per 60 minutes. In-person sessions are £65 per 60 minutes. The 15-minute discovery call is free. A sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier — just mention it on your discovery call.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
+
Yes — within the professional limits required by law and my regulatory body. I'll explain these in full at the start of our first session.
How do I pay?
+
Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking via Stripe (card). Bank transfer and PayPal are also available if you'd prefer.
What if I need to cancel?
+
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged. Life happens — we'll always try to be reasonable.
